Tips for uric Acid







Uric acid is very common these days. The reason for its spreading so rapidly is sure junk food and oily, fried food which leads to disorder in body minerals and healthy structure.

Uric acid is a chemical found in your blood which is created when a substance called purine is broken down in your body. Purine is found in foods like spinach, peas, dried beans, and mushroom and in beer. If your body is producing a lot of uric acid and not able to remove it enough, it will lead to hyperuricemia. High level of hyperuricemia can be detect only through blood test.

High level of uric acid in your body create several problems. It will create solid crystals in your joints which called gout and causes severe pain in joints. Mostly people having problems in walking properly as it effects joints of feet as well.

A[PLE CIDER VINEGAR

Mix one table spoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drinks daily is beneficial in this disease. It is natural cleanser and detoxifier.

LIME JUICE

Drink lime juice in water twice a day. It has citric acid which helps to flush out excessive uric acid from the body.

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Eating vegetables and fresh fruits are considered a natural cure for uric acid. Juices of fruits and vegetables can be consumed on daily basis.

RADDISH

Eating reddish in the fasting with lime juice is considered a natural cure for uric acid. Some doctors suggest to eat reddish for one week and get your uric acid checked after one week but take breakfast after one hour of reddish to get best result.

Things to avoid

Limit purine-rich foods.

1.    Avoid sugar.

2.    Avoid alcohol.

3.    Lose weight.

4.    Balance insulin.

5.    Add fiber.

6.    Reduce stress.

7.    Check medications and supplements.
